Ken has been working in the Hearing Aid Business for 27 years. He built Ritcey Hearing Aid Service through a combination of hearing instrument knowledge, hard work, dedication, and a love of working with people. Our clients love to see Mr. Ritcey when they come into the shop. Now easing slowly into retirement, we are happy that he remains on board at his post as resident expert!

Jill Reid, co-owner of Ritcey Hearing Aid Service, has been dedicating her background in science and health care, and her enterprising work ethic, to our business since April of 2008. Jill is well organized and businesslike and we are pleased to have her as an integral part of our team! Jill is enthusiastically working toward her certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Joanne Ritcey, co-owner of Ritcey Hearing Aid Service, has been practicing in the hearing instrument field since April, 2008. Joanne has a background in social science, recently completing a PhD (Fall 2009 Grad) in Sociology. Health sciences are new to Joanne, but she blends smoothly in with the scene here at Ritcey Hearing Aids, putting her talents to work helping people hear better! Joanne is looking forward to becoming a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist in the near future.
